The Mastermind is a Christian accountability network built around households. It combines a virtual community with in-person dinners and small pods where members hold each other to what they say they will do.
Leadership is earned, not bought. Members earn the opportunity to lead their own pod, and leaders can grow into paid coaches as pods grow. Faith and marriage counsel is available as an optional service, formats include a Bible study and golf pod, and business-only members and coaches are welcome.
